Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. You can also pay via your Paypal Account. 

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Application of Conditions
Notwithstanding anything which may be contained in any purchase order or other document of the Buyer, goods are supplied subject to these conditions alone. No variations of them will apply unless expressly agreed by both parties in writing and signed on their behalf.

Loss or Damage in Transit
The Seller will replace goods which fail to arrive or which arrive in a damaged condition. However, in order to comply with the terms of the Seller's own insurance policy, notification of loss or damage to the goods in transit must be made to the Seller in writing, within 14 days of the date of despatch, failing which no claim in respect of such loss or damage will be entertained by the Seller.

Delivery
Unless specifically agreed in writing by the Seller the date of any delivery notified by the Seller to the Buyer is an estimate only and the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in fulfilling the Buyer's order. Goods are delivered by carriers over whom the Seller has no control and therefore the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in transit. In the event of goods ordered and subsequently returned for any reason the Seller reserves the right to effect a handling charge.

Next day delivery applies to items in stock and only to orders with delivery instruction within mainland UK.

Discrepency
The Buyer will inspect the goods upon arrival and if they do not correspond in nature to the goods ordered, will give the Seller written notification of any discrepancy within 14 days of the date of despatch, failing which the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Defective Goods and Consequential Loss
The Seller guarantees that the goods are free from defects and are of merchantable quality but it is for the Buyer to satisfy himself that the goods are fit and suitable for the purpose for which he requires them. Defects in goods delivered shall not be grounds for cancellation by the Buyer of the remainder of any order or contract.

It is expressly agreed and understood by the Buyer that the Seller's liability in respect of defective or otherwise unmerchantable goods shall under no circumstances whatsoever extend beyond the price paid for such goods, nature, howsoever caused, arising out of any defect in the goods, or from their failure to correspond to any description or representation, or from their unsuitability for any purpose.

If the Buyer alleges that goods supplied are defective the Buyer will return them, carriage paid, to the Seller's premises. If, after examination by the Seller, it is established that the goods are defective then the Seller will refund to the Buyer the cost of the carriage, and replace the goods or at the Seller's absolute discretion refund their purchase price.

Price
The Seller reserves the right to vary any price advertised in the Seller's Catalogues or elsewhere as occasion demands, and the goods are supplied at the price prevailing as at the date of acceptance by the Seller of any order placed by the Buyer. All prices are exclusive of VAT, except where expressly stated otherwise.

Payment
Payment for the goods is due without any deduction either with the order if the Buyer does not have a credit account, or within 30 days of the end of the month of invoice if the Buyer does have a credit account. If payment of the price or any part of it is not made by the due date the Seller shall be entitled to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2.5% per month and any further deliveries will be suspended until the account is paid in full together with any interest. In the event of non-payment of an outstanding debt we reserve the right to claim for the whole of the balance owing.

Specification
Goods described in the Seller's catalogues or elsewhere are subject to a continuing process of technical change and development and the Seller therefore reserves the right to alter specifications without notice at any time before delivery. All descriptions, illustrations, specifications and dimensions are approximate and are only intended to present a general guideline as to the goods therein. It is therefore agreed by the Buyer that goods supplied may not comply in all respects with the description in the Seller's catalogue or elsewhere. If a sample of the goods has been exhibited to and inspected by the Buyer the contract shall not constitute a sale by sample.

Reservation of Title
Although goods supplied by the Seller to the Buyer shall be at the Buyer's risk immediately on delivery to the Buyer (and the Buyer should be insured accordingly), the legal ownership in the goods shall not pass from the Seller to the Buyer until they have been paid for in full. Until property in the goods passes from the Seller to the Buyer as aforesaid the Buyer shall hold the goods as bailee of the Seller. Where goods are supplied under a Contract Order with delivery in instalments over an extended period, then the Order is to be regarded as a whole so that property in none of the goods passes until all the goods, the subject of the Contract Order, have been paid for in full.

Trade Marks
The Buyer shall not remove, alter, deface or tamper with any of the marks, names or numbers affixed to or marked on the goods, or allow anyone else to do so.

Force Majeure
If delivery is delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Seller, a reasonable extension of time for delivery shall be granted and the Buyer shall pay such reasonable extra charges as shall have been occasioned by the delay.

Applicable Law
The contract is subject to English law.

Shipping And Handling
As part of our service we ensure that all products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise an damage being sustained during transit.

Before any goods are signed for, you should check that there is no damage, effectively by signing for them, you are accepting the delivery in perfect condition. If there is any damage, please do not sign for the goods and notify us as soon as possible that you have refused the delivery.

Returns:
The European Distance Selling regulations stipulate that you have 7 days from the time of delivery to return the products to us for a full refund (this excludes any carriage charges). All products must be returned unopened in their original packing. The cost of returning products will be met by customer. You must ensure products are adequately packaged, we reserve the right to refuse a returned product that has been damaged due to negligent packaging

A 20% handling fee may be charged for goods returned after 7 days.
The handling charge may be higher if products have been specifically made to order.

To ensure the goods are able to be processed through our returns depatment as quickly as possible, we request that formal notification is give by email confirming your intent ot return the items, an RMA number will then be issued. Adequate paperwork needs to be supplied with the returned goods to ensure that the goods can be matched with the original order placed.

The refund will be cedited back to the original card used for the purchase once the goods have been checked and paperwork complete - If paperwork is include with the returned goods this generally takes around 14 days ( but can take up to 28 days) from receipt of goods being returned.

If there is a problem with the purchasing credit card which means a refund is not possible a cash refund is not an option a store credit will be given as an alternative.

Delivery Schedule
We process all orders and despatch when as soon as we can.

If the products are in stock and are ordered before 4pm we will send your order out immediatly

If you choose ne of the next day services , once despatched deliveries can usually be expected on the next working day (Mon-Fri)- mainland UK . Orders to Northern Ireland plus some areas in Scotland can take 48 hours and International orders are generally received in under 3 days.

If you require your order to be deliveverd for the next day, call our sales office (01376 333500) before the order is place we will be happy to confirm before you order that goods are able to be despatched immediatly.

We have various shipping options. If you require your goods for next working day (Mon-Fri) then you have a choice of choosing a more specific time of day if the standard next day is chosen the goods generally would be delivered anytime up to 6pm.

If you choose one of the postal shipping options, the orders will be sent through royal mail on a non recorded service, so the delivery time scale is only approximate and may take longer.

If ordering over a weekend or on a bank holiday, orders are processed on the Monday or the first day back after the bank holiday.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with updates and always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT will be added at the prevailing rate. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy
Netstore Direct do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
